With the acquisition of the management contract for the Polo Club Hotel, a future development at the Dallas Burston Polo Club, which spans an area of 200 acres and is located close to Southam in Warwickshire, the hotel management business Focus Hotels Management has obtained the contract.
Focus Hotels is in the process of expanding its portfolio of upmarket hospitality projects, and this acquisition comes at a time when the company is seeing growth through expansion. It is expected that the hotel would be the most recent addition to the Focus Hotel Collection, which is a collection of independent hotels that are managed by Focus Hotels Management.
A retreat for guests and patrons will be created at the hotel as part of the Dallas Burston Polo Club’s larger expansion strategy. At the same time, the hotel will make the world of equestrian sport more accessible to the general public. The hotel is scheduled to open this year and will provide high-end luxury accommodations in addition to tight linkages to the venue’s sports and events facilities. These facilities include four polo grounds, an equestrian arena, a sophisticated gastropub, and the IXL Events Centre, which has a capacity of three thousand people.
The Chief Executive Officer of Focus Hotels, Devin Grosse, stated that “this collaboration presents a unique prospect to curate a destination that not only embodies first-class luxury but also resonates on a global scale.” Our hardworking staff is excited about the prospect of creating a world-class experience that combines the great service philosophy of Focus Hotels with the distinctive vision and excellence of Dallas Burston Polo Club.
As an additional point of interest, Dr. Dallas Burston, proprietor of the Dallas Burston Polo Club and Polo Club Hotel, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Focus Hotels for the administration of our forthcoming hotel. With Focus at the helm, we are convinced that the Polo Club Hotel will make a substantial contribution to the realization of our shared vision of our venue, which has won multiple awards, being a top destination in England for both business and leisure activities.
