A greenhouse on top of one of the structures and golf simulators in the common areas are two additional surprises.The headquarters of CAVA have moved in.
The historical structure in front of the construction is home to the International Baccalaureate Americas headquarters.
A co-working facility has been established by the co-working business Industrious.

In the fall, Equinox intends to open a 30,000-square-foot health club. Taco Bamba plans to open in the summer. Construction on King Street Oyster Bar begins this summer. In addition to operating a restaurant and bar at the Ridge Pool Club, a members-only club atop one of the apartment buildings, chef Michael Mina, owner of Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel, will open an Italian restaurant next to Wegmans. The final retail space will house a nearby Thai eatery.
