Willa, a daughter, was the couple’s first child and she was born on July 22, 2020. While neither Jonas nor Turner publicly announced their pregnancy, admirers occasionally caught a glimpse of the actress’s expanding tummy.
When it comes to social media, including their own, and the press, the parents have been extremely vocal about their choice to keep Willa out of the limelight. Turner responded to her and her husband’s request for seclusion once more in May 2021 after a paparazzi image of Willa was bought and made public.
I simply want to stress that the reason I’m not publishing photos of my baby and making sure that no paparazzi capture a photograph of me and her yesterday is because of that.”
“She did not ask for this life, to be photographed. It’s f*cking creepy that grown old men [are] taking pictures of a baby without their permission,” she continued. “I’m sickened, I’m disgusted, and I’m respectfully asking everyone to stop following us around and stop trying to take pictures of our daughter and especially printing them.”
