On March 12, Billie Eilish and boyfriend Jesse Rutherford enjoyed a romantic date at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party. The couple made their debut appearance at the yearly afterparty, holding hands and exchanging tender glances as they stood on the Beverly Hills red carpet. Rutherford, 31, was dressed in a black suit with clown makeup, while Eilish, 21, stood out in a black Rick Owens gown with a full tulle skirt. They met up with Finneas, the brother of Eilish, and Claudia Sulewski, his girlfriend, inside the party, along with other celebrities including Regé-Jean Page, Sofia Carson, and Phoebe Tonkin.
Since the two were photographed kissing in October, Rutherford has been linked to Eilish, who won an Oscar for her and Finneas’ song “No Time to Die” the previous year. She appeared to announce their relationship on November 1 with an Instagram photo of their coordinated Halloween costumes, and soon after, they made their red carpet debut at the LACMA Art+Film Gala wearing matching Gucci outfits.
Despite the fact that they are 10 years apart in age, their relationship has generated some controversy, Eilish looks more content than ever with The Neighbourhood singer. She stated in an interview with Vanity Fair from last year: “I managed to get my way to a position in my life where I not only was known by a person that I felt was the hottest f*cking f*cker alive, but pulled his ass. Are we kidding me?” She added, “I pulled his ass, all me. I did that sh*t. I locked that motherf*cker down.”
