The local branch of FPS is still searching for the parents of a girl who went missing from a Dallas hospital a few days ago. On Monday, someone brought the youngster to the emergency room at Baylor Medical Center; she can only pronounce her name, Alejandra.
A juvenile girl who was left at a Dallas hospital has been appointed as the temporary managing conservator by a Dallas County court.
Last week, an anonymous individual left the 6-year-old daughter at the emergency room of Baylor Medical Center.
Alejandra was the only name she could give to the authorities.
After receiving suggestions from the public, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services was able to locate the little girl’s relatives a few days later.
She remains in the custody of CPS.
The judge gave the go-ahead to conduct the home study in just five days so the youngster could be placed with a relative in Dallas County during Thursday’s hearing.
Authorities claim they struggled to track down the girl’s family due to the fact that her given name did not match her official birth certificate.
There were no identified health problems with the girl throughout her examination.
Alejandra has been missing from school, which has caused her to be considered to be falling behind her classmates.
February is the date set for the review hearing.
There have been no arrests in this case thus far.
