Doctors were surprised they hadn’t detected it earlier due to the large number of fetuses in Kenova’s belly. The couple, initially thinking they would only have two children, was now preparing for five, including the one they already had. The delivery was a complex process, with 40 people in the room to ensure mother and children’s safety. Each baby was looked after by two nurses immediately after birth to check their vitals and ensure their health.
