A group lead by Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers faces a trio of the Texas Rangers

Semien was an AL All-Star, a finalist for MVP, a candidate for the Gold Glove, and a Silver Slugger.

Garcia was named Most Valuable Player of the American League Championship Series after assisting the Rangers to a seven-game victory. At one point, he had hit home runs in five consecutive postseason contests, including the game-winning one against Arizona in Game 1.

With an AL All-Star selection and his first Gold Glove, García led the team with eleven outfield assists. He amassed a.245/.328/.508/.836 batting order in addition to 107 RBI, which represented a career high, and 39 home runs.
