For a coveted national award, a theater group for young people in the Leamington and Warwick region has been nominated.
The National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) has nominated Spa Theatre Group for an award.
The NODA Awards ceremony, which honors excellence in the performing arts, is one of the most significant occasions in the amateur theatrical calendar of the UK. Theater aficionados and professionals from all over the nation attend the gala, which honors the great accomplishments of amateur theater organizations. “We are honored and happy to have been nominated for this award, which is a credit to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the show,” said Aimee Matthews, the director of Spa Theatre Company.
“Our theater group is honored by our nomination, which recognizes our dedication to artistic innovation and excellence.” The amateur theater company Spa Theatre Company has been entertaining Warwickshire audiences for 40 years and gives young people with potential a platform to display their abilities. It recently performed The Little Mermaid in a magnificent presentation.
Seussical the Musical, its upcoming production, will be presented at Warwick School’s Bridge House Theatre from Thursday, May 4 through Sunday, May 7.
Furthermore every May, there is a NODA Awards presentation.
